A massive pileup about half a mile from the finish line completely altered the outcome of the second stage of the Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey.

The second stage of the annual race, which attracts some of the world's top cyclists, was winding down when it appears Mark Renshaw's bike touched the tire of the rider in front of him. Renshaw, who was in second place at that point, immediately went down. And he brought nearly everyone behind him to a standstill.

Plain and simple, this is one of the worst crashes you'll see in a cycling event.

Talk about a terrible way to end a stage. Let's hope all the riders came out of this crash unhurt.
