Elgin Baylor spent his entire NBA career with the Minneapolis and (eventually) Los Angeles Lakers. He later served 22 years as the lead executive for the Los Angeles Clippers. With the Lakers seemingly on the decline and the Clippers on the ascent, the Hall of Fame forward offered his thoughts on the two teams’ statuses for this season and beyond.
