Derrick Dewan Brooks was born April 18, 1973.
Brooks was one of the top linebackers of his time, tallying 1,715 tackles in his 14 seasons. He spent his entire career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Brooks and his team won Super Bowl XXXVII over the Oakland Raiders. He returned an interception 44 yards for a touchdown.
