Tom Brady and wife Gisele Bundchen are already on top of the world, but they're moving up even higher with a new property just purchased in New York City. The couple have reportedly dropped more than $20 million on a massive condo currently under construction in Tribeca.
That purchase suggests the couple will soon move away from their current apartment in the city's Flatiron district. Although they won't be able to move in until the property's completion, which is currently estimated for early 2018, artist renderings of the unit show us what they can expect from their new primo pad.
Check it out for yourself.
Views Of The City
The new condo will feature impressive views of Manhattan, easily enjoyed from a sprawling private terrace attached to the unit.
Built For The Upper-Class
The new construction will be 14 stories tall, built from French limestone, and designed by the renowned Robert A.M. Stern.
A Pretty Penny
The price tag is an imposing one, but the couple shouldn't have trouble affording it: In addition to Brady's massive Patriots contract, plus other endorsement deals and an ownership stake in Under Armour, his wife pulled in a cool $30.5 million last year, just by herself.
Recreational Space
An 82-foot-long indoor lap pool is a highlight, but there's also separate children's pools and a private squash court to keep residents entertained.
No Reason To Leave
Other common amenities available to all residents will be a library, café, private dining suite, and billiards room.
Wide Open Spaces
This property won't fit the reputation of a typical NYC apartment: Brady and Bundchen will have more than 5,500 square feet of space to call their own.
Sunny Situation
This artist rendering shows the kind of natural sunlight and stunning views the family might enjoy once they're settled in.
Luxurious Lifestyle
The property is designed for famous and well-to-do residents who want a private respite to call home, which is why it offers secured entry, private car entrances, and a paved motor court hidden from street view.
Real Estate Moguls
This is only the most recent of a number of properties the Brady-Bundchen duo has owned in recent years, including a Boston Back Bay brownstone and an 18,000 mansion in Brentwood, Los Angeles, that the pair sold in 2014 to Dr. Dre for a stunning $40 million.
No Place Like Home
For now, Brady and Bundchen still maintain a primary home outside of Boston. But as he moves closer to the end of his NFL career, it's not hard to imagine the couple prepping for a full-time move to the Big Apple.
