Now in his 13th NBA season, J.R. Smith has produced some outstanding moments. All of that came to a climax Tuesday night.
With the Cavs visiting the Bucks, Smith was on the court guarding Tony Snell. Well, he was supposed to guard Snell. Smith got sidetracked and hugged Jason Terry by the Bucks' bench. Meanwhile, Milwaukee inbounded the ball to Snell, who had a wide open dunk.
Veteran move by Terry. Bonehead play by Smith.

Actually, Smith's description of the incident may be even better. "I didn't even know I was in the game," he said.

Perhaps Smith would have had some more fun after the game had Cleveland won. The Bucks handed the Cavs their third loss of the season, 118-101. Smith recorded only six points on 2-7 shooting (all from 3-point range).
Terry had three points and a big assist to Snell.
