Latrell Sprewell became such a poster child for athletes who blew their millions that he even starred in Priceline commercial in which he mocks himself by dispensing the wrong kind of life advice to a youngster.

In keeping with this theme, Sprewell's former home in New York is now available for a "hefty discount," according to Julio Lara of Realtor.com.

The six-bedroom mansion is being sold by the bank that seized the property. Given the bank's list price of $1.5 million compared to the $2.3 million that Sprewell paid for it in 2000, this property is for "potential bargain hunters." But Lara also notes in his report that the house "needs interior and exterior TLC," which you can see in these photos:
