Rex Ryan, Bill Belichick

Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan made it clear on Monday afternoon that Bill Belichick is on his mind with a trip to the undefeated Patriots coming Sunday.

Ryan opened his press conference with a spot-on Belichick impersonation.

"All right, we're going to start with the injury report," Ryan grumbled. "You'll get it on Wednesday. Simple as that. When we've got to turn it in."

Despite having a 4-11 record against Belichick, Ryan goes out of his way to connect himself to the Patriots coach whenever possible. In 2009, as a rookie head coach with the New York Jets, Ryan told the media, he "never came here to kiss Bill Belichick's rings."

The Patriots' quarterbacking situation is unclear, as Tom Brady is still suspended and Jimmy Garoppolo and Jacoby Brissett are injured. Ryan claims "he doesn’t care if Belichick is playing quarterback" Sunday.

This will be Ryan's first game against the Patriots with brother Rob as his defensive coordinator.
